Luka Peroš is a Croatian actor who joined Mehmed: Fetihler Sultanı as Giovanni Giustiniani. TRT announced his addition to the cast. In the series, Giustiniani is part of the defence of Constantinople during Sultan Mehmed II’s campaign.
The role brings the city’s defenders into the story and broadens the drama’s view of the siege. Peroš is also known to international viewers for screen work beyond Turkish television.
