Episode 22 recap: where the story stands

The official Episode 22 recap leaves the story at a dangerous turning point. Adnan took Leyla hostage after losing his goods and gave Saruhan a deadline. Doğan worked with Behram to rescue her, used a recording of Adnan’s deal to turn the two partners against each other, and then destroyed the goods. He and Leyla briefly found a quiet moment at a mountain house, but Saruhan’s search for his enemy soon put Melek and Yaşar in danger.

Doğan and Leyla then made a plan to save them. With Leyla’s information, Doğan raided the location and rescued Melek and Yaşar, leading to an emotional reunion between siblings who had believed each other lost. The final confrontation raised the stakes again: Saruhan found Doğan at a grave, Doğan aimed a gun at Saruhan, and Leyla pointed her weapon at Doğan. What could happen in A.B.İ. Episode 23?

The Episode 22 ending sets up a direct test of trust. Doğan’s survival is no longer hidden from Saruhan, while Leyla’s decision to point a weapon at Doğan leaves an urgent question: is she trying to stop him, protect him, or keep Saruhan from learning more? The trailer headline confirms the central reveal that Doğan is alive, but ATV has not published a full written synopsis for Episode 23.

The next episode is therefore expected to deal with the immediate consequences of the cemetery confrontation, the danger surrounding Leyla, and the family’s reaction to the reunion between Doğan and Melek. These are story questions raised by Episode 22 and the official promo page, not confirmed scene-by-scene events. A detailed recap should be added only after the episode airs and ATV posts its summary.

Is Episode 23 the A.B.İ. series finale?

Episode 23 is the fifth episode of Season 2 and the series’ 23rd episode overall. The trade publication Episode reports that A.B.İ. is expected to conclude with the fifth episode of its second season. However, ATV and OGM Pictures had not published an official finale announcement on the pages checked for this preview. For now, describe Episode 23 as a reported finale possibility, not a confirmed series ending.
