Halef: Köklerin Çağrısı Episode 7

Halef: Köklerin Çağrısı Episode 7 brings the family’s struggle for authority into the mansion itself. Melek chooses to stay and names herself Sultan’s successor, while Yıldız makes a different move by arranging a dinner between the Yelduran and Kordağlı families. Away from the table, Yusuf must decide whether to follow Sultan’s order against Sevde, and the discovery of historical objects on mining land creates another source of conflict. This guide is based on NOW’s official Episode 7 synopsis and credits.

Halef Episode 7 synopsis

Melek decides to remain at the mansion and publicly claims the role of Sultan’s successor. Her declaration opens a new contest with Yıldız, who also wants to take Sultan’s place as the household’s leading woman. The official summary says Serhat will have the final say over who holds that position, placing him between two competing claims.

Yıldız makes the first effort to ease relations between the families. She organizes a dinner for the Kordağlıs and Yeldurans, hoping to reduce the tension between them. Melek, however, has her own plans and surprises for the gathering. NOW’s summary does not reveal those surprises, so their details are left open here rather than guessed.

Another plot line puts Yusuf under pressure. Sultan and Meryem assign him to carry out their plan against Sevde. Yusuf now faces a difficult choice between his conscience and his loyalty to Sultan. The story does not present this as a simple order: his decision may affect his relationship with the household and the people around him.

Finally, historical objects found on land connected to a mine lead to a fresh dispute between the two families. The Kordağlıs decide to work with Akif so they can turn the discovery to their advantage. That alliance connects the land dispute to the existing struggle for power, giving Akif another way to influence events.

What Episode 7 adds to the story

The episode’s conflicts unfold in different places but share one question: who gets to shape the future of the families? Melek and Yıldız compete for influence inside the mansion; Serhat is expected to decide between them; and Akif becomes part of a new alliance outside the household. The dinner is meant to soften relations, yet Melek’s undisclosed plans and the discovery on the mining land give the gathering wider consequences.

Yusuf’s storyline adds a personal test to the political struggle. The official synopsis highlights his conscience as well as his loyalty, which suggests that his choice matters to him, not only to Sultan’s plan. Sevde’s position is also at risk, but the summary does not state what Yusuf ultimately does. Keeping that outcome unspoiled makes this guide useful before or after reading NOW’s short description.

The land discovery is described as historical objects found on mining property. NOW does not identify the objects or explain their legal ownership in the summary. The confirmed point is that the discovery causes a new dispute and gives the Kordağlıs a reason to cooperate with Akif. That distinction avoids turning a brief broadcaster synopsis into claims about events it does not describe.

Cast and character guide

NOW’s official cast page lists İlhan Şen as Serhat, Aybüke Pusat as Melek, Biran Damla Yılmaz as Yıldız and Veda Yurtsever as Sultan. The wider ensemble includes Onur Bilge as Akif, Sezin Bozacı as Sevde, Mert Doğan as Aşır and Ayşegül Cengiz as Meryem. These characters connect the main Episode 7 threads: the succession question, the family dinner, Yusuf’s difficult assignment and the new alliance involving Akif.

Yusuf is named in NOW’s episode summary, but the official cast page checked for this guide does not provide a confirmed performer for him. For that reason, this article identifies the character without assigning an actor. Cast listings can change as a series continues, so the broadcaster’s page is the most reliable place to check current credits.
